Jim Brown is considered by many to be the greatest football player of all time.

Brown holds a number of different records and won the MVP award three times in just nine seasons.

Brown led the NFL in rushing in eight of his nine seasons, and he was a Pro Bowler every year that he played.

Brown's NFL numbers are staggering, but he was also excellent in a number of different sports as well.

In college, Brown also took part in lacrosse, basketball and track and field.

Brown is STILL considered one of the greatest collegiate lacrosse players of all time, and the Premier Lacrosse League MVP award is named after him.

Brown was so dominant as a college lacrosse player, in fact, that rules were changed to deal with his dominance (players were required to keep their stick in motion rather than holding it close to their bodies).

In addition, Brown was a phenomenal track and field star, and was a monster on the basketball court as well.

Brown was so good playing basketball, in fact, that he was selected in the ninth round of the 1957 NBA Draft by the Syracuse Nationals, though he elected to pursue a career in the NFL instead.

Jim Brown excelled at not just one, not just two, not just three, but four sports.

Jim Brown was one of the greatest football players of all time, one of the greatest lacrosse players of all time, and was also good enough to get drafted into the NBA.

There is no doubt that Jim Brown is the greatest athlete of all time.
