The UEFA Champions League odds - Year is 2017/18 and Liverpool are the favourites. It's been an unusual Champions League run so far, so it shouldn't surprise anybody to see that Liverpool is the current favourite to win the tournament, despite the fact that Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are both still alive in the event.

Following their emphatic 5-2 drubbing of Roma in front of their home fans, Liverpool currently sits as the favourites to win Champions League at 6/4. Liverpool did gave Roma a slight opening in their semi-final match-up, as Roma was able to score two away goals near the end of the contest. Given how well Liverpool has been playing as of late, however, there seems to be little doubt that Liverpool will be making an appearance in the Champions League finals.

Liverpool currently has a number of things going for them right now, including:

1) Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are playing each other in the other semi-final. You would have to think that these two clubs will take it out of each other in the semi-finals, which may leave an opening for a Liverpool side that can likely cruise in the second leg of their match against Roma.

2) Momentum. There is no doubt that Liverpool is one of the most confident teams in the world right now, as they are coming off of a thrashing of Man City and seem to have the world at their feet right now.

3) Mohamed Salah. Nothing more needs to be said about his exemplary play as of late.

Liverpool is the favourite to win Champions League as of this moment, though as long as Ronaldo is still left in the tournament, can anybody other than Real Madrid really be the favourite?
