Chelsea Road Favourite on Wednesday Evening

Two teams who are already looking ahead to next season, Watford and Chelsea, will be doing battle in English Premier League action on Wednesday, February 3rd.

When the season started, practically nobody would have expected that Watford would have been 4 points ahead of Chelsea at this point in the season. Watford has surpassed expectations so far this year, compiling a record of 9-5-9 after a total of 23 games, while Chelsea has bombed. Heading into the season, Chelsea was considered one of the favourites to win the EPL title, though their season went off the rails early and the team was never able to recover.

Neither team has terribly much to play for right now, besides a possible appearance in Europa League next year. Both teams are well clear of relegation.
