Euro 2016 qualifying will continue on Monday as England plays host to Switzerland.

England and Switzerland have been the two stand-outs of Group E, with England amassing a perfect record of 7-0-0 through the first seven games of qualifying. Switzerland, on the other hand, has a record of 5-0-2. England is going to cruise through the group, while Switzerland is still comfortably ahead of Estonia (10 points) and Slovenia (9 points).

England's offense has been particularly potent so far in the qualifying round, as they have scored 24 goals while allowing just three. Switzerland, on the other hand, has scored 16 goals while allowing just six.

England is the only team in Euro 2016 qualifying that has a perfect record, and they are one of two teams (the other being Poland) with a goal differential of more than +20 goals.

This game doesn't really mean that much for England, as they will still be three points ahead of Switzerland if they lose. They can, however, wrap up the group on Monday, so they will surely be motivated to win.

Here are the current odds for Sunday's game:

England, 1.80
Draw, 3.30
Switzerland, 5.00

As you can see, England has slightly better than even money odds to win, while Switzerland is considered quite an underdog.

There are five players on England who have better than 3.00 odds to score on Monday - they are:

Harry Kane, 2.05
Wayne Rooney, 2.05
Raheem Sterling, 2.50
Theo Walcott, 2.50
Jamie Vardy, 2.62

Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck both have six goals during the qualifying round, while Harry Kane, Theo Walcott and Jack Wilshere all have two. Danny Welbeck recently underwent surgery and is set to be out of action for as much as six months.
