Chelsea needed a big effort on Tuesday after dropping the first leg of their match to PSG 3-1. Chelsea got that big effort, topping PSG 2-0 and moving on to the semi-finals thanks to their away goal.
Real Madrid, on the other hand, held on to reach the semi-finals after losing to Borussia Dortmund 2-0 on Tuesday. Real Madrid had won the first leg 3-0 and had a comfortable lead heading into Tuesday's match. That lead disappeared quickly as Borussia Dortmund was up 2-0 at halftime. Fortunately for Real Madrid, their side held on and was able to move on to the semi-finals.

Bayern Munich is a big favourite to win on Wednesday as they are considered by most to be the world's top football club. Atletico Madrid, despite hosting Wednesday's match, is considered to be the underdog against Barcelona.
