Manchester City Current 4/6 Favourites To Win

This year's English Premier League title was wrapped up long ago by Manchester City. Despite some early resistance from Man Utd, Man City quickly imposed their dominance on the league and wrapped up the title nearly two months before the end of the season. According to the leading European bookmakers, next year is looking to be more of the same in the EPL, as Man City is clearly the clear favourite to win the league next year.
There is plenty that could change in the offseason thanks to transfers, etc., though the prevailing opinion is that nobody else in the English Premier League will be able to do enough to dethrone Man City next season.

Manchester City is the 800 pound gorilla of the league right now and will continue to remain the favourites. It will be interesting to see how they react, however, to their Champions League loss to Liverpool next season.
Liverpool is likely going to be the most interesting team in the league next year. Are they going to be one-year wonders, or will they be able to build on the momentum of a massively successful campaign that has seen them going to the Champions League finals?
Manchester United will always be in contention, as they have had a fairly successful season and will be looking to make another stride higher next year.
Chelsea will be looking to rebound following a disappointing season, while Tottenham always seems to be in the mix.
