It's tough to dispute this statement - Barcelona is currently the best football club in the world.

According to the oddsmakers, Barcelona's chances of winning Champions League this season strengthened following the first leg of the Round of 16 matches that took place over the past couple of weeks. Barcelona's chances were enhanced after Bayern Munich played to a draw against the very tough side from Juventus, while Barcelona managed to top Arsenal 2-0.

With Messi, Neymar, Jr. and Suarez currently in top form, it's tough to see which team would be able to topple the Spanish giants going forward.

Here are the current odds for the remaining 16 teams to win Champions League:

Man City, 13.00
Chelsea, 26.00
Juventus, 34.00
Wolfsburg, 67.00
Arsenal, 101.00

As you can see, a Spanish club has a very good chance of winning Champions League this season, as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are all very much in the hunt. Teams from England, on the other hand, are only seen as having outside chances of winning, as Man City currently has the best odds to win at 13.00.

With the amount of football being played right now, anything could happen to any team. Last season, for instance, Bayern Munich fell after suffering a rash of injuries. If Barcelona stays healthy, however, they are going to be very tough to beat.
