The boxing legend returns to the ring years after last appearance. Mike Tyson will be making his official return to the boxing ring on September 12th when he takes on Roy Jones Jr. in an eight-round exhibition bout.

The fight will be broadcast on PPV as well as multimedia platform "Triller".

Earlier this year, videos of Mike Tyson's impressive training regimen surfaced, with the former Heavyweight champion eventually proclaiming that he was "back".

There were rumors of a possible Tyson/Holyfield fight, though that never materialized.

Mike Tyson will be 54 years of age when he enters the ring against Roy Jones Jr., while Jones Jr. will be 51 years of age.

Mike Tyson has a professional record of 50-6-2 - his last fight was a loss against Kevin McBride in June of 2005.

Roy Jones Jr., on the other hand, currently has a professional record of 66-9-0. His last fight was in 2018, as he defeated Scott Sigmon to win the vacant WBU Cruiserweight title.
