The European Cup 2020 will feature a true group of death featuring two recent World Cup winners and the current Euro Cup champions. In every major soccer tournament, there is always a so-called "Group of Death".

In most cases, this is a group where there are two really good teams, in addition to one average team and one weak team.

This is usually enough to earn the title of a "Group of Death".

At the Euro 2020 tournament, there is one group - Group F - which might just be the toughest group of any soccer tournament in recent memory.

Group F will have Germany, France and Portugal, in addition to one of the play-off winners that is still yet to be determined.

Compare this to Group A - which features Italy, Switzerland and Turkey - or Group C - which features Holland, Ukraine and Austria - and you can see just how much tougher this group is.

After all, let's look at the recent results for France, Germany and Portugal:

France - won the 2018 World Cup

Germany - won the 2014 World Cup

Portugal - Euro 2016 champions

This group will obviously contain some of the very best players in the world, including Ronaldo, Pogba and others.

Good luck to the play-off winner that finds itself in Group F.
