Football Richest Clubs - IllustrationThe Deloitte Football Money League 2014 numbers are out. In this year's report, the accounting firm goes over the revenues of top twenty football clubs in the world during the 2012/13 season.

Matchday, broadcast and commercial revenues are taken into account for the report, while player transfers are not.

Here are the top 20:

1. Real Madrid - €518.9m
2. Barcelona - €482.6m
3. Bayern Munich - €431.2
4. Manchester United - €423.8
5. Paris Saint-Germain - €398.8
6. Manchester City - €316.2
7. Chelsea - €303.4
8. Arsenal - €284.3
9. Juventus - €272.4
10. AC Milan - €263.5
11. Borussia Dortmund - €256.2
12. Liverpool - €240.6
13. Schalke 04 - €198.2
14. Tottenham Hotspur - €172
15. Inter Milan - €168.8
16. Galatasaray - €157
17. Hamburg - €135.4
18. Fenerbahce - €126.4
19. AS Roma - €124.4
20. Atletico de Madrid - €120


According to the people at Deloitte, almost all of the top twenty clubs grew their revenues when compared to the 2011/12 season. On average, the revenues increased by 8%. The growth is predicted to continue in the following season as well, with new English Premier League and German Bundesliga broadcast deals in place.

The biggest movers, compared to last year, are PSG, who managed to nearly double their income. Bayern Munich jumped from fourth to third at the expense of Manchester United, while thanks to new broadcasting deals in the Turkish Super Lig, we now have Galatasaray and Fenerbahce in the top twenty for the first time.

Real Madrid are still the kings of world football when it comes to earnings.
