What does the term "lead after (innings)" mean in the world of baseball betting? What is meant by the term lead after innings?

The lead after innings line is very straightforward - you are betting on which team will be leading a game after a certain number of innings. You can also bet on the game being tied after a certain number of innings.

The "lead after 3 innings" line might look like this:

Toronto Blue Jays, +240
New York Yankees, +215
Tied, +125

So, if you think that the Blue Jays might be winning after three innings, you'd want to put money down on them to be ahead after 1/3rd of the game has been completed.

If you think that the game will be tied at the end of three innings, you'd want to choose the Tied line.
