San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat Betting Odds for Game 2
Published on June 8th, 2013 7:28 pm ESTThe San Antonio Spurs will be looking to gain a chokehold on the NBA Finals tomorrow night when they do battle against the Miami Heat.
It goes without saying that Game 2 in Miami on Sunday night is a massively important game, especially for the Miami Heat, who currently find themselves down 1-0 in the series.
If the Spurs win, they will have a 2-0 lead going home to San Antonio for Game 3. If the Heat win, the series will be tied 1-1, and LeBron and company will be right back in it.

According to the bookmakers, the Heat are currently six point favorites to win on Sunday:
San Antonio Spurs, +6
Miami Heat, -6
The straight up odds for game 2:
San Antonio Spurs, +230
Miami Heat, -280
These odds mean that a successful $100 wager on the Spurs would yield a total profit of $230, while a successful $280 bet on the Heat would return a total of $100 if they were able to even up the series.

The odds to win the NBA Finals are essentially a coin flip as of this moment:
San Antonio Spurs, -115
Miami Heat, -105
These odds mean that the Spurs are a VERY slight favorite to win the series at this point.

It will be interesting to see how the Heat respond in Game 2. Don't forget that the Heat lost Game 1 of the NBA Finals last year before coming roaring back to win the series in 5.
