This year's Final Four will feature Oregon, North Carolina, South Carolina and Gonzaga.
Most people are expecting that North Carolina will end up squaring off against Gonzaga in the finals, though South Carolina and Oregon will be doing their very best to make sure that this doesn't happen.
While North Carolina vs Oregon isn't as big of a mismatch as Gonzaga vs South Carolina, there is still a strong expectation that North Carolina will be able to best Oregon to make it to the finals.

North Carolina finished the regular season with a record of 27-7, which was good for the #6 ranking in the AP Top 25 in college basketball. North Carolina has a particularly potent offence, as they averaged 85 points per game this season, which was 9th in the nation. The team finished 1st in the nation in rebounds per game (43.7) and third in the nation in assists per game (18.2). North Carolina plays very strong team basketball, which is why they have enjoyed a deep run in this year's tournament.
Oregon, on the other hand, finished as the #9 team in the nation, thanks to their 29-5 record. Oregon isn't really flashy in any one particular area, though they don't have any gaping holes either. If Oregon wants to defeat North Carolina in the Final Four, they are going to have to play the games of their lives on Saturday night.
