What does the term 'La Decima' mean when it comes to football?

La Decima (meaning The Tenth in Spanish) is the term for Real Madrid's fascination with winning their tenth European Cup (UEFA Champions League) trophy. Real Madrid have won the European Cup nine times, more than any other football club on the continent. They won the first five tournaments, from 1955 until 1960, and they last won it in 2001/02.

Their last victory featured a wonder goal by Zinedine Zidane.
