Miami Heat vs Orlando Magic Spread 25/03/2013

The Miami Heat will be looking to win their 27th game in a row when they take on the Orlando Magic later tonight.

The Miami Heat, led by LeBron James, are currently chasing history, as they are now within striking distance of the 33-game winning streak that the Lakers posted during the 1971-72 season. Many people thought that this was a record that would never be topped, but the Heat are within eight games of doing just that.

The Heat have been tempting fate as of late, falling way behind early in games (see their recent game against the Cleveland Cavaliers) before coming roaring back to win.

As you could have guessed, the Heat are big favorites to win in Miami tonight:

Miami Heat, -12.5, -115
Orlando Magic, +12.5, -105

Here is the moneyline:

Miami Heat, -1300
Orlando Magic, +800

These odds mean that if you wanted to beat on the Heat to win straight up, you would need to bet $1300 in order to win $100 back.

On the other hand, a successful $100 bet on a Magic upset would yield a total profit of $800.

The over/under for the game is currently set at 198 points:

Over 198 Points, -110
Under 198 Points, -110

Will the Orlando Magic be the team to end the streak, or will the Heat make it 27 in a row tonight?
