The Western Conference Finals of the 2015-16 NBA Playoffs will see the Golden State Warriors do battle with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Warriors have breezed their way into the Western Conference Finals, despite an injury to their best player, Steph Curry. Unfortunately for the rest of the league, Curry is now healthy and is looking to lead his team to their second straight NBA title.

The Thunder, on the other hand, surprised many by getting past the San Antonio Spurs in the second round. Things looked especially dire for the Thunder, as they dropped Game 1 by over 30 points. The team, however, led by Durant and Westbrook, turned things around to win the series in 6 games.

The Warriors, as expected, are heavy favorites to beat the Thunder in the Western Conference finals. Here are the current betting odds:

Golden State Warriors, 1.18
Oklahoma City Thunder, 5.00

The Warriors have been practically unbeatable at home this year. Assuming that the Warriors win at least one game on the road in Oklahoma City, this would mean that the Thunder would likely need to win at least two games in Golden State in order to win the series. This seems unlikely.

One "X factor" might be Kevin Durant's pending foray into free agency. If he wants to create as much of a frenzy as possible, leading his team to the NBA finals would be a great way to do it.

The 2015/16 NBA Western Conference Finals presented by the KING. Golden State Warriors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder. Who is the favourite to win?

Most people are of the opinion that the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors will be squaring off in the NBA finals once again this year.

Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder, however, will be doing their very best to make sure that this doesn't happen.

Warriors vs Thunder should be a fantastic series.
