With the "pitcher outs" line, you can bet on whether a pitcher will post more or less than a certain number of "outs" in a game.

For instance - let's say that the Toronto Blue Jays are playing the New York Yankees. The "pitcher outs" line for Gausman might look like this:

Over 18.5 Outs, -110
Under 18.5 Outs, -110

If you think that Gausman will have a strong outing and go more than 6 innings (meaning that he recorded at least 18 outs), you would want to take the "over".

If you think that Gausman is due for a weaker start and will not be able to record at least 19 outs, you'd want to take the under.
