Blackhawks vs Canucks Betting Line

Two bitter rivals will square off on Friday night as the Chicago Blackhawks travel to Vancouver to take on the Vancouver Canucks.

The Chicago Blackhawks have gotten off to a torrid 6-0-1 start this season. The team has been bolstered by some very strong goaltending from Corey Crawford, who currently has five wins and a microscopic 1.79 GAA. The team has also received strong starts from stars Marian Hossa and Patrick Kane.

The Vancouver Canucks currently have a 3-2-2 record. Not only is the team dealing with injuries to Ryan Kesler and David Booth, but they are also mired in a full-fledged goaltending controversy right now. Cory Schneider started the year as the Canucks' starter but has seemingly lost the job to Roberto Luongo, who will be getting his third straight start in net tonight. Roberto Luongo currently has a GAA of 1.61 and is coming off of a shutout win over the Colorado Avalanche.

The Blackhawks and Canucks have plenty of history with each other, and there is some genuine bad blood between the two. Expect some retribution tonight as the Canucks look to get revenge on Duncan Keith for his hit on Daniel Sedin last season.
