Paris Saint-Germain vs. Real Madrid - UEFA Champions League - Odds and Preview. Paris Saint-Germain host Real Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 this coming Tuesday, March, 6th at Parc des Princes. The first leg, in which Real Madrid won late with the score of 3-1, did not disappoint and the expectations are high for the upcoming match.

This is PSG's sixth Round of 16 in a row and they are looking to avoid a repeat of last year, when they got eliminated by Barcelona in spectacular fashion after winning the first leg game at home 4-0. They ended up losing 6-1 at Camp Nou, which was the biggest comeback in Champions League history. PSG are getting stronger every year and this season they finished the group stage scoring 25 goals, which is the new tournament record. They will have to do this battle without their star forward and the world's most expensive player, Junior Neymar, who has a broken foot. His place will likely take Angel Di Maria, who played for Real Madrid in the past.

After finally winning the La Liga last season and the Champions League for two years in succession (three times in the last four), Real Madrid are struggling this season domestically. They are out of the cup already and far behind Barcelona in the standings. This might not be such a bad thing, as Zinedine Zidane's team can focus on the Champions League. The team's star player, Cristiano Ronaldo, always saves his best for UCL matches, where this season so far he has scored 11 goals. Real Madrid will likely have to do without their key midfielders, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, who are out with injuries.

The odds for the upcoming match in Paris are:

According to the odds, PSG are likely to win the upcoming match at home, but Real Madrid are the heavy favourites to keep their two goal advantage and qualify for the quarter finals for eight successive year.

An enormous amount of money has been invested in PSG by their wealthy owners over the last few years for the sole purpose of winning the Champions League. Unai Emery and his team will have to open up and give it all they have this Tuesday in order to keep that dream alive. PSG have won all 17 home games this season, but that does not count for much when Real Madrid are coming to town.

This should be a great game of attacking football in which we could easily see an abundance of goals. Enjoy it everyone!
