The final of Euro 2012 is set - defending champions Spain will be looking to go back-to-back when they take on the surprising Italian side.

Spain earned their way into the finals after edging Portugal in penalties, while Italy surprised many by toppling Germany 2-1.

Germany, along with Spain, was one of the favorites to win Euro 2012 before the tournament started.
