Seattle accomplished the impressive task in the offseason is keeping their core group of superstars intact. Sure, they lost some pieces on defense, but the team espouses a "next man up" policy and has a very deep roster of defensive talents. Seattle managed to keep Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas III and still has a year to figure out the contract for superstar QB Russell Wilson.

In short, the Seahawks will probably not lose much of a step heading into this season, though they do have targets on their backs from the rest of the teams in the NFL.
