Dustin Johnson, Francesco Molinari Favourites To Win RBC Heritage

The golfing world is still reeling from Tiger Woods' miraculous victory at the 2019 Masters last weekend. This was a win that completely upended the golfing world over the course of just a single weekend, as it proved that Tiger Woods is really and truly back after a couple of close calls last year.
Tiger Woods has not committed to playing in the RBC Heritage event this year, which means that the field is open to the likes of Dustin Johnson and Francesco Molinari, who both turned in very good performances at the Masters tournament last week. Golf is truly a game of momentum, and don't be surprised if one of the top finishers from last week takes down the RBC Heritage.
The RBC Heritage, which is also known as the Heritage Class or Heritage, will take place at the Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
The prize fund for the event is $6.9 million, which is why many of the world's top players participate in the tournament. If Tiger Woods weren't coming off of an exhausting win in the Masters, there is no doubt that he would be playing as well.
The defending champion is Satoshi Kodaira, and the course record is -20, which was set by Brian Gay in 2009.

This is an invitational tournament and consists of a relatively small field of 132. There are 20 different ways that you can qualify for the tournament, ranging from winning the tournament in the past five years to winning the FedEx Cup in the past five years.
The course is beautiful and the prize pool is large, which is why in most cases, invited players turn out for the event.
