Allen Iverson was one of the most unique and charismatic players in NBA history. He was a versatile scorer, a killer ball-handler and a ferocious competitor. Despite being only 6-feet tall and 165 pounds, Iverson was unstoppable. His opponents respected him and the fans of the game admired him.

Nicknamed "The Answer" or simply AI, Iverson spent 14 seasons in the NBA, mostly with the Philadelphia 76ers. Het also played for the Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies.

He won the NBA MVP award in 2001, the same season he led his Sixers to the NBA Finals. The Answer won four scoring titles. Only Michel Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain were NBA's leading scorers in more seasons.

Iverson made 11 All-Star appearances, winning the MVP trophy twice. Three times he was named in the All-NBA team and three times led the league in steals.

Iverson was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016. He was also honored as one of the league's greatest players of all time by being named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team.
