The first half of the Monday Night Football opening week doubleheader will see the New Orleans Saints travel to Minnesota to take on the Vikings.
This is an interesting game as it pits one of the league's best offences (New Orleans Saints) against one of the league's best defences.
Both teams will be adjusting to some fairly major changes in their first game of the year.
The Saints will be looking to adjust following the loss of Brandin Cooks, who was traded to the New England Patriots in the offseason. Michael Thomas becomes the top receiving option in New Orleans, with Ted Ginn, Jr. serving as the second receiving option.
In addition, the Saints will be rolling out the newly signed Adrian Peterson, who will be making his return to the Vikings after leaving this past offseason.
The Saints, as usual, will be led by Drew Brees, which makes them one of the most difficult offensive match-ups in the league.
The Vikings, on the other hand, will be showcasing rookie Dalvin Cook, who will be taking over the backend duties in Minnesota.
In addition, Stephon Diggs and Adam Thielen will be the lead WR options in Minnesota, with many expecting that Diggs will have a breakout season this year.

Minnesota Vikings, -3, 1.83
Total

Both of these teams will be showcasing some new players on Monday Night Football.
The big question will be - will Brees and the Saints be able to get off against a fantastic Vikings defence? if the Vikings can bother Brees early and often, the Saints are going to have a bad night.
