Odds for the Super Bowl - Who is the favourite to win? Most of the big bets on Sunday afternoon's Super Bowl game between the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots have now been made.

According to several media reports, the Eagles have received numerous seven figure wagers (both on the spread and on the money line), while the Patriots are getting their usual dose of support. Many casual fans, some fuelled by their hatred of the Patriots and Tom Brady, are backing the Eagles, while many sharps are on the Patriots.

In the end, the line moved a bit in the Eagles direction - when the line was first released, the Patriots were 5 1/2-6 point favourites. Now, the day of the Super Bowl, the Patriots have settled in as 4 1/2 point favourites.

Here are the odds for Super Bowl Sunday roughly 7 hours before kickoff:

The Patriots are largely healthy heading into the game, as they are welcoming Gronk back after the dominant TE suffered a concussion during the Patriots' victory against the Jaguars two weeks ago. Gronkowski is obviously a big part of the Pats' offence and opens up a great deal of room for the likes of Dion Lewis.

The Eagles have many injuries heading into this match-up, namely to their MVP-candidate quarterback, Carson Wentz. The Eagles, however, have proven to be very scrappy this postseason and would love nothing more than to win another postseason game in which they were the underdogs. The Eagles seem to relish that role, as do their fans.
