Juventus host AC Milan in the 30th round of the Italian Serie A this coming Saturday, March 31st.This is a big match for Juve and the reasons are manifold. With nine games to go in the season and Real Madrid visiting in the Champions League on Tuesday, the team has a slender two point lead over Napoli in the Italian league standings and must stay focused in the face of their arch-rival AC Milan.
AC Milan are currently sixth in the league, five points behind 4th place Inter, and are fighting for a spot in the next season's Europa League. The Rossoneri are on a winning streak in Serie A, having recently beaten Chievo 3-2, Genoa 0-1 and Roma 0-2. The team look to continue their bounce-back from the hefty defeat to Arsenal in the Europa League.
Juventus and Milan are two biggest Italian clubs when it comes their fan base and titles won. With the recent resurgence of Milan under new ownership, and considering the importance of it, this promises to be a great match.
