Germany and Ghana will be battling in Group G action at the World Cup on Saturday.

Germany heads into this match possessing all of the momentum in the world, as they thoroughly outclassed Portugal 4-0 in their first match of the tournament. The Germans looked completely dominant over the course of the contest, frustrating Cristiano Ronaldo while peppering the Portuguese goaltender with shots.

Ghana, on the other hand, suffered through a bitter 2-1 loss to the United States in their first game of the tournament. Ghana pulled to a tie in the match and seemed to have all of the momentum, but the American side dug deep and managed to pull out the victory.

Ghana is a good team but they will likely be outclassed by Thomas Muller and the German side on Saturday. That being said, Ghana MUST have a win if they hope to have a chance of making it through the group, so they will need to be in desperation mode.

Here are the odds for Saturday's match:

Germany, 1.33
Draw, 4.80
Ghana, 9.50

Germany would practically guarantee themselves a qualifying spot in the group with a victory, while Ghana can certainly not afford a loss.

Germany has three players who are currently listed at 2.00 or better to score on Saturday. They are:

Miroslav Klose, 1.57
Thomas Muller, 1.57
Lukas Podolski, 1.73

Thomas Muller is an early contender for the Golden Boot after scoring three goals in Germany's game against Portugal.

As mentioned, Ghana will have their backs against the wall when they take on Germany. Can Ghana keep it close or will Germany notch another one-sided victory?
