Manchester City Big Favourites to Win EPL Title This Season

Manchester City are now the 10/11 favourites to win the English Premier League this season. Next in line are Chelsea at 5/2 and Arsenal at 4/1.

The latest move in favour of City winning the league happened earlier today, after Arsenal drew (unimpressively) with Southampton 2-2. If Manuel Pellegrini's side can beat Tottenham tomorrow at White Hart Lane, and the odds say that they will, they will go to first place in the tables with fifteen games to go. City are playing a very important home game vs. Chelsea next on February 3rd and they will face Arsenal at the Emirates on March 29th.

At the start of the season, Sergio Aguero and Co. were the second favourites to win the league at 9/4, behind Manchester United who were listed at 21/10. In the first week of December, the odds of Manchester City winning the league were 13/8. Arsenal were at 5/2 and Chelsea at 10/3.

Man City are on fire these days, undefeated in their last eleven league games, ten of which they won.

Is it going to be a steady winning cruise all the way to the title for City? Will Chelsea be able to keep up? Are Arsenal out of the race, considering they still have to play all the big names before the season is over?
