The English Premier League 2017-18 Golden Boot Winner Odds - Top Goalscorer Award. There are seven to eight rounds of games left in the English Premier league season depending on the team, and with four goals in the last game alone for Liverpool FC, Mohamed Salah has solidified his spot as the favourite to win this year's top goalscorer award, also known as the EPL Golden Boot.

Be it the UEFA Champions League or the English Premiership, Mohamed Salah is on fire at the moment. He has scored 36 goals in all competitions so far this season, which is only 11 goals less than the club record set by Ian Rush in 1983-84, the year the Reds won the European Cup, the domestic league and the domestic cup. Considering that Liverpool have seven EPL and at least two Champions League quarter-final games left, this record might be going down.

Back to the English Premier League, where the top goalscorer table currently looks like this:

Mohamed Salah - 28
Harry Kane - 24
Sergio Aguero - 21
Raheem Sterling - 15
Roberto Firmino - 14
Romelu Lukaku - 14
Jamie Vardy - 14

Liverpool have a fairly easy Premier League schedule for the rest of the season, with matches against relegation candidates: Crystal Palace, Bournemouth, West Brom, Stoke City and Brighton all coming up.

Salah's biggest competitor and the winner of the last two Golden Boot awards, Tottenham's Harry Kane, is out with an ankle injury and is not expected back for at least a month.

This all adds up to Salah being the runaway favourite to win the EPL Golden Boot and the 28 goals he has netted so far might already be enough. But nothing is for sure, so let's see how it all plays out.

The next big game for Liverpool and Salah is the UEFA Champions League clash vs. Manchester City on Wednesday, April 4th, 2018. Looking forward to that one!
