Met Life Stadium, the home of the New York Giants. Sunset photo. This week's Monday Night Football contest will see the New York Giants play host to the Detroit Lions.

The big question mark heading into this game - will Odell Beckham Jr. play? Of all of the players who could take part in Monday night's game, OBJ is the biggest game-changer and most dynamic talent. He sat out the first week due to injury, but is rumored to be making his return on Monday night. If he does return, don't be surprised if he does so on a limited basis.

Both of these teams have Quarterbacks who can be splendid one game and terrible the next. Matthew Stafford had a very good season last year, though he can be prone to some lengthened bouts of inconsistency. Eli Manning, on the other hand, is about as inconsistent as a QB can get.

Let's take a look at the odds for this game:

Detroit Lions, +3, +100
New York Giants, -3, -120

Over/Under 42 points

Over 42 points, -110
Under 42 points, -110

Money Line

Detroit Lions, +145
New York Giants, -165

Again, this game largely depends on the presence of Odell Beckham Jr., who seems to excel in primetime games.

If he is able to return for the game, the Giants will certainly get the edge. Beckham draws coverage away from the likes of Brandon Marshall and Sterling Shephard, which opens up the entire Giants offence.

The Lions, on the other hand, will be depending on a passing attack that is led by the likes of Golden Tate and Kenny Golladay.
