The Arizona Cardinals field - University of Phoenix Stadium - NFL. The NFL is set for some strong ratings on Monday night, as the Dallas Cowboys (aka "America's Team") will be traveling to Arizona to take on the Cardinals.

The Cardinals suffered a major blow to their playoff chances earlier this season when their star RB, David Johnson, was shelved with a wrist injury. With Johnson out for a couple of months, the Cardinals will be tasked with the job of trying to overcome without their best player in the line-up. This will not be an easy task, as their first two games of the season have already shown.

The Dallas Cowboys, on the other hand, are trying to follow up on their strong season last year. They have a number of issues to deal with, however, namely the legal issues surrounding Ezekiel Elliott. Elliott turned in a terrible effort last week against the Broncos and it will be interesting to see if he can turn things around when the lights are the brightest.

The Cowboys, with their multitude of offensive weapons, are the favorites to win on Monday night. Here are the current betting odds:

Dallas Cowboys, -3, 1.90
Arizona Cardinals, +3, 1.90

Total 46.5 points

Over 46.5 points, 1.90
Under 46.5 points, 1.90

Money Line

Dallas Cowboys, 1.62
Arizona Cardinals, 2.40

Carson Palmer has struggled for the Cardinals so far this season, and this has resulted in subpar production from the likes of Larry Fitzgerald. JJ Nelson stepped up last week, and Palmer passed for over 300 yards, though the Cardinals still struggled on offence.

In order to defeat the Cowboys, the Cardinals are going to have to deal with Dallas' incredible offensive line and stop Ezekiel Elliott. When Elliott is motoring, it opens up the field for the rest of the time and the Cowboys are hard to stop.

This is an important game for both teams, though Dallas will certainly be fielding the healthier side so they will get the advantage.
