Bayern Munich are rejuvenated since the re-appointment of Jupp Heynckes as the team manager, who came back to 'rescue' the club after a poor start to the European Season. At age of 72 and in a minimal amount of time Heynckes had Bayern playing well again and dreaming of another treble. The legendary Jupp Heynckes retired from football following a treble-winning 2012/13 season.
Besiktas are the reigning Turkish League champions and are a better side than the last European result shows. They play well at home and are undefeated there in the last six Champions League matches. Besiktas look to restore some pride on Wednesday, after which they will focus their energy on the domestic league, where they are currently in second place behind Galatasaray.
