The list above is dominated by teams from the English Premier League whose lucrative broadcasting deal is enabling them to attract top football talent.

Even though the transfers of Angel di Maria and Raheem Sterling are a big deal, we are somehow still waiting for that one really Big move that could brand this window.

As it is always the case at this time of year, the football rumor mill is in overdrive. Some big names are still in the mix.
