Demetrious Johnson enters this fight on a three fight winning streak, having taken decisions over John Dodson, Joseph Benavidez and Ian McCall. The win over Benavidez was in the final of the Flyweight tournament, and Johnson was awarded the title after that win.
John Moraga, on the other hand, is currently in the midst of a long winning streak that extends all the way back to December of 2010. Moraga has won his two UFC fights so far, defeating Chris Cariaso at UFC 155 and Ulysses Gomez at UFC on Fox: Shogun vs Vera.
