The UEFA Champions League 2013/14 Qualifications - Play-off Round Draw Results



The UEFA Champions League LogoThe UEFA Champions League (UCL) play-off round draw was held in Nyon on August 9th, 2013. Twenty teams are still alive in the qualifications, ten of which are going to join the twenty two teams that have automatically qualified for the UCL by placing highly in their respective domestic leagues.

The play-off round matchups are:

Olympique Lyonnais (FRA) v Real Sociedad de Fútbol (ESP)
FC Schalke 04 (GER) v FC Metalist Kharkiv (UKR)
FC Paços de Ferreira (POR) v FC Zenit St Petersburg (RUS)
PSV Eindhoven (NED) v AC Milan (ITA)
Fenerbahçe SK (TUR) v Arsenal FC (ENG)

GNK Dinamo Zagreb (CRO) v FK Austria Wien (AUT)
PFC Ludogorets Razgrad (BUL) v FC Basel 1893 (SUI)
FC Viktoria Plze? (CZE) v NK Maribor (SVN)
FC Shakhter Karagandy (KAZ) v Celtic FC (SCO)
FC Steaua Bucure?ti (ROU) v Legia Warszawa (POL)


The first and second leg matches will be played on the 20-21 and 27-28 of August.

The UEFA Champions League final will be played in Portugal at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica on Saturday 24 May, 2014.
