PSV host AC Milan in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League (UCL) play-off on Tuesday, August 20th, 2013 at the PSV Stadion in Eindhoven.

The winner of this two-legged tie qualifies for the UEFA Champions League group stage.

PSV finished second in Dutch Eredivisie last season and are looking to play Champions League football for the first time since 2008/09. AC Milan finished third in the Italian Serie A last season and are intending to participate in the group stage for the eleventh time in the last twelve years.

Both PSV and AC Milan have won the Champions League before. PSV lifted the trophy in 1988, while AC Milan have won the tournament a total of seven times so far.
