The 2014 Golden Boot winner, Rodriguez, is about to move to the Spanish capital on a transfer worth in the area of €80 million, according to the reports.

With Angel di Maria and Sami Khedira on their way out of the club, and Xabi Alonso slowly winding down his career, James Rodriguez is a welcomed addition to the Los Blancos lineup. The arrival of the Colombian could potentially irritate the twenty two year old Spanish prodigy, Isco, who struggled for minutes in the second half of the last season.

Let's see how things play out in the coming days.

One thing is for sure, James Rodriguez has the skills and the looks to be a big Real Madrid star.

The club has reserved the vacant #10 shirt for the youngster.
