The UEFA Champions League 2013/14 Semi-Final Odds

Today's UEFA draw revealed the upcoming 2013/14 Champions League semi-final fixtures. Last year's winners, Bayern Munich, are facing Real Madrid, while Chelsea FC are to take on Atletico Madrid.

Here we look at the odds for the first leg matches, as well as the odds to qualify for the final.

According to the odds, Atletico Madrid are the favourites to win at home and the small favourites to advance to the final. The return leg will be played on Wednesday, April, 30th, 2014 at Stamford Bridge in London.

The oddsmakers value Real Madrid to win at home and Bayern to qualify for the final. The return leg will be played on Tuesday, April 29th, 2014 at the Allianz Arena in Munich.

The fixture between the tournament favourites, Bayern, and second favourites, Real Madrid, is a repeat of the semi-final from two years ago when the Munich side advanced on penalties after both matches finished with the score of 2-1 for the home side.

In regards to the second match between Atletico and Chelsea, UEFA announced a ruling, just before the draw took place, that the Atletico goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, who is playing on loan from his parent club, Chelsea, will be allowed to play, despite the clause in the contract between the two teams, that states otherwise.
