Cristiano Ronaldo had a personal record-breaking season in 2014/15. He scored 61 goals total, 48 of which were in the Spanish La Liga. The winner of the last two Ballon d'Or awards admitted himself in a recent interview that Messi will probably win this year.

Junior Neymar beat Luis Suarez and Robert Lewandowski to the third spot. Neymar's game has been improving by leaps and bounds and it is just a matter of time, providing he stays healthy, until his turn arrives.
