Rashford caught the eye of the scouts from professional clubs at a young age. He signed for United at age 7 and quickly rose through the ranks, despite having to often miss training due to lack of transportation to the training ground.

His debut came in 2016 against Midtjylland, scoring twice in the Europa League. He continued this success by scoring the only goal in that season's Manchester Derby. That season he helped the team win the FA Cup against Crystal Palace. The next season he played an even larger role, helping the team to the Europa League and EFL Cup double.

After Ibrahimovic was released by United, Rashford inherited the famous number 10 jersey and became an integral part of United's identity. During this period, he has also been called up by England, scoring his first competitive goal against Slovakia in the 2018 World Cup qualification.

On his 23rd birthday, it was revealed that his teammates gave him the nickname of "The Prince of England". This is partially due to his efforts off the pitch to help those in need and to pressure the British government into helping him do so.

It will be interesting to see if Rashford can emulate the success of previous Manchester United 10s like Wayne Rooney and Ruud van Nistelrooy. Regardless of what he has done on the pitch, his philanthropy efforts off of it has most certainly made him an admirable player already.
