Clarence Seedorf was one of the most charismatic footballers not just in his era but in general. His intelligence and versatility on the pitch, as well as his academic achievements, earned him the nickname "the Professor".

The Dutch midfielder is the only player in history who has won the UEFA Champions League trophy with three different clubs. Seedorf won his first with Ajax in 1995, the second in 1998 with Real Madrid and two more with AC Milan in 2003 and 2007. "The Professor" also won the domestic league title in every country he played in.

Clarence Seedorf made 87 appearances and scored 11 goals for the Netherlands. He represented his country in three European Championships and at the 1998 FIFA World Cup reaching the semi-finals in three of these tournaments.

After his playing days were over, Seedorf decided to try out as a coach. So far he has had short stints leading AC Milan, Shenzen, Deportivo La Coruna and the Cameroonian national team.
