It is going to be a very interesting contest on Friday night as the United States will play host to Honduras in CONCACAF World Cup qualifying action.

The game, which will be broadcast by FS1 and Unimas, will be taking place at Avaya Stadium in San Jose, California.

The Americans are in an unusual predicament heading into this contest, as they dropped the first two games of this round of qualifying, as there was a home loss to Mexico and a shocking away loss to Costa Rica that ultimately cost Jurgen Klinsmann his job.

In front of their home fans, this is a must-win game for the United States, who will face a nearly impossible task of making the World Cup in 2018 if they lose a third straight game in this round of qualifying.

Honduras, on the other hand, sits in fourth place in the Hexagonal, just one point behind both Mexico and Panama. This is most certainly a must-win game for Honduras as well.
