Who Will Win This NFC East Clash?

This week's edition of "Thursday Night Football" will see the Washington Redskins play host to the New York Giants in a NFC East clash.

Despite the fact that we are just a few games into the season, Thursday nights game holds a great deal of importance as both teams are currently 1-2. With the Philadelphia Eagles having jumped out to a 3-0 start, neither team wants to possibly fall three games out of the division lead after just four weeks of the season.

The Washington Redskins will be starting Kirk Cousins at quarterback tonight, as Robert Griffin III is still out with an injury. There have been no issues with Cousins at QB, however, as he has passed for nearly 700 yards in the past two weeks combined since taking over for RGIII.

Eli Manning, on the other hand, is continuing his sporadic play this season. Last week Manning looked great, throwing for two TDs in the Giants' 30-17 victory over the Texans. The previous two weeks, however, Manning was abysmal, throwing for two interceptions both weeks.

The running game will likely be front and center on Thursday night, with Rashad Jennings and Alfred Morris likely taking center stage.

This game tonight will likely come down to one person - Eli Manning. Will Manning continue his strong play from last week or revert to being the Interception Machine that has frustrated Giants' fans over the past couple of years? We'll soon find out.
