Can Cristiano Ronaldo and Company Rebound Against Austria?

Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal will look to put a frustrating outing against Iceland behind them on Saturday evening when they take on Austria in the Euro 2016 tournament.

Portugal played to a disappointing 1-1 draw against Iceland last week in a result that left their top player, Cristiano Ronaldo, steaming. Ronaldo faulted Iceland and their defense-first mindset, wondering why they were playing in the Euro 2016 tournament if they were going to play such a style.

Austria, on the other hand, will be looking to remain alive in the tournament with a victory. Austria dropped their first game to Hungary and will need a victory against Portugal in order to stay alive in the tournament.

Here are the odds for Saturday's match:

Portugal, 1.80
Draw, 3.30
Austria, 5.00

These odds are quite close, as Portugal is a little more than a coin flip to win. Oddsmakers believe that the Austrian side will use the same approach as Iceland - stifling the offensive attack of Ronaldo and company while trying to score on counter-attacks.

The oddsmakers believe that this will be a low-scoring match, with Portugal desperately trying to break the Austrian defense and Austria being willing to just sit back and wait for a break.

You can safely assume that Ronaldo will likely emerge from this match frustrated as well - the question is, will Portugal be able to win?
