Tiger Woods The Favorite To Win 2012 Greenbrier Classic

Remember when there were many people saying that Tiger Woods would never win another tournament in his life?

Well, those days are over now, as Tiger Woods just won his third tournament of 2012 last week.

Tiger is clearly getting his stroke and his confidence back, and that is bad news for the rest of the PGA Tour (or good news, depending on how you look at things).

With Tiger getting his groove back, it shouldn't surprise you to learn that he is currently the odds-on favorite to win the 2012 Greenbrier Classic this weekend.

As a matter of fact, Tiger Woods is a CONSIDERABLE favorite over anybody else in the field.

As of this moment, Tiger Woods is currently listed at 7/2 to take down the Greenbrier Classic this weekend.

Let's look at the next nine golfers with the best odds of winning:

Webb Simpson, 16/1
Phil Mickelson, 18/1
Dustin Johnson, 20/1
Steve Stricker, 20/1
Jim Furyk, 25/1
Brendon De Jonge, 33/1
Keegan Bradley, 33/1
Bill Haas, 40/1
Brandt Snedeker, 40/1

Here are some more odds:

Jeff Overton, 40/1
Jonathan Byrd, 40/1
K.J. Choi, 40/1
Seung-Yui Noh, 40/1
Cameron Tringale, 50/1
Carl Pettersson, 50/1
Jimmy Walker, 50/1
Kevin Na, 50/1
Pat Perez, 50/1

Previous winners of the Greenbrier Classic have been Scott Stallings (2011) and Stuart Appleby (2010).

If the weather cooperates, you can expect some very low scores this week.
