MINNESOTA VIKINGS

The Vikings secured the #2 playoff seed in their conference after finishing 1st in the NFC North with a 12-4 record. The offensive line brought in 56 touchdowns and found itself 5th in the league with an average of 379.6 yards per game, while the defensive line allowed only 36 touchdowns and found itself 6th in the league with an average of 305.5 yards per game. Quarterback Brett Favre earned a 68.4 percent completion rate after completing 363 out of 531 passes, running back Adrian Peterson earned the top spot in rushing with 1,383 yards, wide receiver Sidney Rice earned the top spot in receiving with 1,312 yards, and linebacker Chad Greenway earned the crown in defense with 99 tackles.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

The offensive line brought in 64 touchdowns and found itself 1st in the league with an average of 403.8 yards per game, while the defensive line allowed only 37 touchdowns and found itself 25th in the league with an average of 357.8 yards per game. Quarterback Drew Brees earned a 70.6 percent completion rate after completing 363 out of 514 passes, running back Pierre Thomas earned the top spot in rushing with 793 yards, wide receiver Marques Colston earned the top spot in receiving with 1,074 yards, and linebacker Jonathan Vilma earned the crown in defense with 110 tackles.
