One of the closest second leg Champions League quarter-final matches over the next couple of weeks will see Manchester City play host to Paris Saint-Germain.

Man City did themselves a big favour in the first leg when they managed to secure a 2-2 draw on the road. Not only did the club secure the valuable away draw, but they also managed to score two away goals in the process. This is why Man City has the edge to qualify for the next round, despite the fact that they are less than even money to win on Tuesday. All Man City has to do is play to a 0-0 or 1-1 draw and they will move ahead to the next round.

Paris Saint-Germain, on the other hand, will be tasked with either winning on the road or scoring two goals in a draw, both of which will be no easy feat. While Man City has had a disappointing EPL season so far, they will be fired up to continue making a deep run in the Champions League to somewhat salvage their season.

As mentioned, Man City is not the favourite to win on Tuesday - here are the current odds:

Man City, +175
Draw, +260
Paris Saint-Germain, +140

As you can see, PSG has the slight edge to win, though none of the three results are even money or better. PSG will need to open things up a bit on Tuesday, which is why they are likely being given the nod to win, while Man City will be content to sit back and play a more defensive game.

Man City, on the other hand, has the edge to qualify for the Champions League semi-finals thanks to their strong performance in the first leg of the series. Here are the current odds to qualify:

Man City, -150
Paris Saint-Germain, +110

Tuesday should be an absolute treat for soccer fans, as the likes of Sergio Aguero, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani will all be taking part.
