According to ESPN.com, a 46-year old man from Dublin Ireland profited from this unusual occurrence after he put down $78.10 on a 15-team Major League Baseball parlay.
According to the article linked below, the man reportedly had no clue that this feat had never been accomplished in the 100+ year history of Major League Baseball. The man said that if he had been aware of this fact, he never would have made the bet in the first place.
