Colts vs Ravens Betting Odds

The Indianapolis Colts will travel to Baltimore to do battle against the Colts in one of this weekend's AFC match-ups.

The Indianapolis Colts were one of this season's great stories, thanks, in large part, to the phenomenal play of rookie phenom Andrew Luck. Luck was every bit as good as was billed, as he led the Colts to a record of 11-5 this season. There weren't too many people that were predicting that level of success for the Colts this season.

The Baltimore Ravens, despite finishing with a record of 10-6, managed to finish atop the AFC North, slightly edging out the 10-6 Cincinnati Bengals for the divisional crown.

The Ravens are dealing with the impending loss of their leader, Ray Lewis, who earlier this week announced his intention to retire at the end of this season. Will this fire up the Ravens and make them go on a post-season run? We'll soon find out.

The Baltimore Ravens typically have one of the NFL's best defenses, but this past season was different. The team had to deal with injuries to some of their top players, including Ray Lewis and Terrell Suggs. The result was the Ravens giving up over 21 points per game, well behind the league-leading defense of the Seattle Seahawks (15.3 points per game). Having said that, the Ravens are getting healthy at the right time - just before the playoffs.

The Colts, on the other hand, managed to give up over 24 points per game on defense this year.

There are many questions leading into this game on Sunday. How will Andrew Luck perform in his first post-season game? How will Joe Flacco play? How energized will the Colts' defense play?
