Two Serie A giants square off in one of the Italian biggest derbies tonight in Milan in what will certainly be an entertaining match in front of the capacity filled Giuseppe Meazza stadium.

Many feel that Inter is physically stronger team and should out-hassle Roma tonight to get their first victory at home. Roma have made some changes to the team having brought Bojan and Pjanic to play it out with Totti and Borriello.
